Dealer Principal Meeting

Customer Care
A few days
ago I was having some work done at my local dealership
when a customer came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten.
We all looked
at each other and another customer next to me asked, "What
is a seven-hundred ten?"
The customer
replied, "You know, the little piece in the middle
of the engine, I have lost it and need a new one."
The customer went on to say "I don't know exactly
what it was, but this piece had always been there and
now it's gone!"
The Service
Receptionist gave the customer a piece of paper and a
pen and said, "Can you draw me a picture of what
this piece looks like please?"
The customer
drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote the numbers
710.
The Service
Receptionist then took the customer to another car, opened
the bonnet and asked politely, "is there a 710 on
this car?"
The customer
was delighted, pointed it out the Service Receptionist
and said, "Of course, it's right there, look".
