Dear
Jeff,
I
am just writing to tell you how much I value your books
"How To Make More Profit With Your Service Department"
and "The KPI Book" which came highly recommended
to me by a Tutor at the Henry Ford College, Loughborough.
Having
worked for some thirty years at a family-run main franchise,
starting in the Parts Departnent, I have always had an appreciation
for the importance played by Aftersales in our indusry.
After being on more training courses than I care to remember,
the challenge is often to both incwporate & maintain
their benefits for the long term.
For
this I rely on a definitive written reference and regard
your books as my "Bibles" which are used to encourage
& direct staff and management toward the more important
