people think about you and that's determined by the way
you present yourself.
When you're engaged in conversation
with other people, who could be a customer, a manager or
a small group of people in a sales meeting, your presentation
skills are paramount to your success.
 In
this interview Jeff Smith is talking on the telephone with
Dr Simon Raybould.
Simon is the author of the
book called, "The little big voice" - vocal coaching
for ordinary people. Available from all good book shops

Simon will be sharing some
tips and ideas with you about how you can improve your speaking
and the content of your presentations.
